COACHING AND CONSULTING

I help administrators, early intervention professionals, parents, and researchers all over the world to assess their needs, develop solutions, and measure success. I do this with discretion, encouragement, and integrity.

ABOUT ME

I am an experienced researcher, parent, writer, administrator, and early interventionist. I have been a full professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and at Vanderbilt University (tenured) and currently have an appointment at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I developed the Routines-Based Model for serving young children with disabilities and their families. My CV.

MY VISION

My vision for consulting and coaching is to empower people to do their best for children and families. For parents, it's to help them enjoy being effective with their children. For professionals, it's to help them have fun using recommended practices. For administrators, it's to help them plan strategically and measure success. For researchers, it's to help them design studies and write well.
